Making A Purchase.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order
We accept credit/debit card payment using PayPal/RegNow secure online payment facility and payment will be processed by PayPal/RegNow at the time you place the order

International Customers
Important Information! Please read fully!
We welcome International orders. We charge delivery postage and packing at actual cost and to avoid delay in despatch we will charge the cost of delivery to your account up to a maximum of €30.00 without contacting you first.
If the postage and packing charge is higher than €30.00 we will contact you by e mail for your authorisation before adding the charge to your account. If you consider the charge too expensive you may completely cancel the order.
As an example if we calculate a postage and packing charge to be €10.00, we will add this as an additional charge to your order via ***.
Normally And Delivery
Delivery Schedule Assuming the items ordered are in stock we will normally despatch your order to you within 2 to 3 working days, if there is going to be a delay with despatch in excess of 14 days we will attempt to contact you by e.mail.
(Please note: This means that we normally despatch the order from the warehouse within 2 to 3 working days, the time in transit to your address is in addition to this time).
Please note that First Class is not a 'time guaranteed service' and can take up to approx 14 days to arrive (although it is usually around 2 to 3 days from date of posting) So if buying for a gift please bear this in mind
Refunds and/or exchanges
Refunds and/orexchanges can only be made if the goods are returned in an 'as supplied' new and unused condition.
Returns Policy
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that goods are insured against loss or damage in transit therefore we strongly recommend only sending returns using a trackable service such as courier/recorded mail.
Guarantee All of our products are covered by the standard manufacturers guarantee which will depend on the product concerned. In addition, for your peace of mind, we will offer you our Kiteworld Peace of Mind Warranty, whereby if you return the product to us in an unopened original condition with all original packaging within 7 working days of the receipt of your order, we will refund the cost of the goods to your account LESS any carriage charges relating to delivery to you or return to us. Please contact us either by e mail or phone/fax PRIOR to despatching goods back to us
All Product Guarantees are valid for EU sales only.
IMPORTANT: Kites and Flying lines are breakable and we will not exchange or refund on kites or line that in our opinion have been missused or suffered accidental damage, e.g the kite has been flown in winds in excess of its designed maximum, or the kite has been crashed. Remember we have all at some time crashed kites and broken components, but in the majority of cases its simple and inexpensive to repair the damage and fly again. Please check weather forecasts before going out to fly.
Please Note
Due to very high demand certain popular items can sometimes be on longer delivery times dependant on time of year etc, if there is going to be an excessive delay we will keep you informed. We have extensive forward ordering of items we believe to be in high demand and always try and keep this delay to the minimum.
Back Orders Should any item not be available at the time of despatch we will ship all items available at that time. Any items not actually shipped will be refunded. Please re-order items not in stock, we do not hold personal details to enable back ordering
